As we were the first to report this 2 months ago, MINT restaurant, a new fine dining vegan restaurant and bar, has opened at the former "Back To Nature" location at 535 Kings Highway in Brooklyn. The newly redesigned space features an elegant dining room and a sophisticated vegan menu with appetizers such as Chick Pea and Sietan Curry Spring Rolls and entrees that include Miso Glazed Tempeh, and a burger made from cannelloni beans and quinoa. Dessert includes items such as Pumpkin Creme Brulee and an Apple-Quince Crisp. In a world that has grown more health conscious, Mint aims to prove that you don't need to sacrifice on flavor to enjoy a healthy meal.
