Bourbon BBQ Ribs

RECIPE

 Dry Spice Rub:


chili Powder 1/4c

Coffee 1/4 C

Onion Powder 3tbsp

Dill Weed 1 Tbsp

Garlic Powder 3tbsp

Salt 2tbsp

Pepper 2tbsp

cumin 3tbsp

Dark Brown Sugar 6 Tbsp

Dry Basil 1tbsp

Oregano 1tbsp

Rosemary 1tbsp

Thyme 1 tbsp

Smoked Paprika 2tbsp

Coriander 2tbsp

BBQ Sauce:

1 onion

8 Garlic Cloves

1.5 c Makers Mark Bourbon

5C Ketchup

2/3 Apple Cider Vinegar

3 tbsp liquid Smoke

1c Brown Sugar

1 c Honey

2tsp Sriacha

3/4c Worcestershire Sauce Pareve

salt and pepper to taste


Prep:


Roasting Pan


Liquid Smoke for braising


Beef Stock for braising


Back Ribs will be used in this Recipe


Preheat oven to 265°F. Mix equal


amount of rub. Roll each rib in meat in spice rub. 


Place meat in large baking dish in about one inch of water(or halfway each rib). Bake at 265°F


for one hour - remove from oven -


turn meat over.


Bake at 265°F for


one hour - remove from oven.


Drain and add barbecue sauce as


needed - increase heat to 400°F.


Bake 30 minutes. Remove and serve.
