ABOUT L'Chaim Asian Cuisine & Steakhouse

If you're keeping kosher in South Florida, you don't have to settle for a falafel joint the next time you're looking for a place to eat. L'Chaim Asian Cuisine & Steakhouse is certified by the Orthodox Rabbinic Board with chefs who hand-pick the freshest local meats and vegetables and use a selection of imported spices, seasonings, and authentic ingredients to ensure a great kosher dining experience. The menu is dine-in or takeout and offers a wide spectrum of cuisine from sushi to steak designed to satisfy a variety of dietary concerns and dining preferences.

The master sushi chef has got a flair for creativity! An order of the Terminator roll with tuna, salmon, white fish, imitation crab, avocado, cucumber, scallions, and shiitakes topped with masago, sesame seeds and tempura flakes is just one example of the dynamic combinations you’ll find at L’chaim. Every visit is a fantastic experience. You can also skip the menu and just let the chef go "random" (the chef’s favorite word) where he’ll serve you an unexpected palate journey you will be delighted to go on.

[continued above, right]

For a main dish that’ll keep you going on that journey, go for the Orange Peel Beef with toasted chili peppers and fresh orange peel. Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. It’s a spicy, citrus combination that definitely gets a remarkable hot factor. For a juicy, tender option, the Roasted Duck served with stir fried vegetables and a three-peppercorn sauce will satisfy that savory craving.

For a sweet ending, try the warm chocolate soufflé with creamy non-dairy ice cream. With customer service as sweet as the dessert, you’ll leave there smiling.
