The weather is heating up and so is the brand new menu at T Fusion Steakhouse as Executive Chef Daniel Rivera offers one of the best looking and tasting dishes in Brooklyn and beyond. The Marine Park restaurant is now a veteran of the kosher restaurant industry recently celebrating 5 years. The neighborhood corner establishment with French door windows, a magnificent glass chandelier in the center of the room, a full liquor bar and comfortable seating, promises to open your eyes and excite your taste buds.
One glance at the photos above, and you can see first hand of the magnificent dishes Chef Daniel has prepared for you. The Tacos Reservados is a fun and comfort food starter which includes peppers, onions, lime, chili, and guacamole. The famous T Fusion sliders is another great appetizer and allows you to mix and match 4 different kinds of burgers, such as beef, chicken, lamb and brisket. If you are with a large party, this is a great sharing item. You can also try their Crispy Papaya Sweetbreads or their popular charcuterie board consisting a dazzling display of carnivorous delights, including Beef Tongue, Pastrami, Brisket, Bone Marrow, Chicken Liver Pate, Carpaccio, Toasted Bread long with assorted olives and dips.
But those dishes are just teasers for what is to come as T Fusion has several special entree dishes, like the Filet Mignon with Pastrami and Butternut Squash Hash and Chocolate Mint Demi; a heavenly and massive Pulled Brisket Sandwich and the Tea Smoked Duck with Shitake rosemary olive oil and quinoa.

Of course, T Fusion is a true steakhouse with a fabulous array of prime USDA hand cut beef. One can choose between the 16 oz. Bone in Ribeye Cowboy Steak, the 22 oz. Twenty One Day aged Prime Rib Cut Delmonico or five other steaks options. For couples, the Chateaubriand is a terrific dish for two with a 24 oz. trimmed Eye of the rib. And for those with a hearty appetite and looking for some adventure, the TNT King Cut is explosive, with a 34 oz. Bone in Double Thick Ribeye. The only question is, can you handle it?
After the savory meal, you will want something sweet and because all desserts are made to order, they are fresh and delicious. Favorites include Tiramisu, Chocolate Mousse and the always enjoyable Chocolate Fondue for Two. After Dinner Drinks are also available.
For more private dining, you may choose to sit in their dining room upstairs which is ideal for parties and on premise catering. They can host Sheva Brachos, power point presentations and recently have been catering off premise weddings.
So if you have not been to T Fusion Steakhouse recently and enjoyed their new menu, you owe to yourself...your palate will thank you.
