Simply stated, T Fusion Steakhouse Executive Chef Daniel Rivera offers one of the best looking and tasting menus in Brooklyn and beyond. The Marine Park restaurant, opened in 2007, is now a veteran of the kosher restaurant industry. The neighborhood corner establishment with French door windows, a magnificent glass chandelier in the center of the room, a full liquor bar and comfortable seating, promises to open your eyes and excite your taste buds.
For starters, the ever-popular Chicken Crisps with Buffalo seasoning will never disappoint and neither will the massive Bourbon BBQ Ribs with house spice rub - you won’t believe it’s an appetizer. The T Fusion Sliders is another great item and allows you to mix and match 3 different kinds of burgers, such as beef, lamb and brisket. If you are with a large party, this is a great sharing item. You can also try their inventive charcuterie board consisting of a dazzling display of carnivorous delights, including Beef Tongue, Pastrami, Brisket, Bone Marrow, Chicken Liver Pate and Carpaccio. But wait, there is more to come as T Fusion has several special entree dishes that change seasonally by Chef Rivera, who coincidentally appeared on the Food Network’s Chef Wanted program in 2013. The diverse menu ranges from the Blackberry BBQ Chicken to the Lamb Jambalaya to the Pulled Brisket Sandwich.
Of course, T Fusion is a true steakhouse with a fabulous array of prime USDA hand cut beef. One can choose between the 16 oz. Bone in Ribeye Cowboy Steak, the 22 oz. Twenty One Day Aged Prime Rib Cut Delmonico or five other steaks options. For couples, the Chateaubriand is a terrific dish for two with a 24 oz. trimmed Eye of the Rib. And for those with a hearty appetite and looking for some adventure, the TNT King Cut is explosive, with a 34 oz. Bone in Double Thick Ribeye. The only question is, can you handle it? After the savory meal, you will want something sweet and because all desserts are made to order, they are fresh and delicious. Favorites include Tiramisu, Chocolate Mousse and the always enjoyable Chocolate Fondue for Two. Before, during and after dinner drinks are also available.
T Fusion Steakhouse is an elegant restaurant that proves that kosher food can excel both in taste and diversity, pairing it with some of the finest wines the kosher industry has to offer. It is certainly on par with any great non-kosher cosmopolitan restaurant. For more private dining, you may choose to sit in their dining room upstairs. A 50 inch wide screen TV on the wall and movable wood dividers, makes the place ideal for business meetings and conferences. They can host Birthday Parties, Sheva Brachos, and recently have been catering off premise weddings. So if you have not been to T Fusion Steakhouse recently, you owe to yourself...and your palate will thank you.

T Fusion Steakhouse Every time I go to T Fusion I feel as though it were my home away from home. The Staff greet you with such warmth and it makes you feel at home when you walk in. This past week I was so involved in the Great Kosher Restaurant Magazine Scavenger hunt , I ended up in T fusion 3 times! The first time was Tues, when the hunt clues were released. I only went to take photos. I posed with the owner who we have since become on first name basis. The second time this past week was Weds when I went to sample the most scrumptious delicacies, T Fusion is known for. I met their staff and Elan Kornblum, from The Great Kosher Restaurant magazine. The samples ended up being a full meal. Each dish not only looked good but tasted even better! The third time this week was for an Oneg on Friday night to celebrate the Shobbos Project. Some of the dishes served were cholent, kugels, salads and desserts. All were befitting the special Shobbos that we were celebrating with the rest of the world. T Fusion you are the best!
I went to the tasting at T Fusion Steakhouse today located on Quentin Road in Brooklyn. While I am not a big meat lover, all I can say is delicious. I was in the company of my mother and my two and half year old. The owner and the waiters were so accommodating. I visited with two picky eaters and all three of us left satisfied. It was so sweet of them to bring three plates, including my toddler. They first brought us chicken fingers. What a great choice for a toddler! He loved them and was looking for more! My mother, who only eats very simple food, even agreed to taste them. She actually ate four of them! They were so simple and yet so versatile with two side sauces, one spicy and one sweet. It was also plated beautifully on a rectangular plate with some salad greens and a purple cabbage eggroll, with the sauces in little elegant bowls. Next, they waiter brought over a salad with assorted greens, purple cabbage and pears in a sweet dressing. Also, another yummy choice that I enjoyed. While I was there I had the opportunity to take a picture with the owner, the chef and Elan Kornblum! I also had the pleasure of bumping into two friends of mine! What a tasting! I would definitely recommend this restaurant for a small meal or for a party, as I've had the opportunity to experience one there as well.
Had my sons Bar Mitzva catered tonight at Tfusion. Great Choice. All our gueste were wowed by the abundance of delicious food that kept being served. The Steaks were huge and delicious. The staff were so courteous and accommodating. Allison the owner and Vince the head waiter worked with us every step of the way to plan and delivered well beyond our expectations.
Got the deal on Living Social about 2 months ago, went with my friend last night, the service was great, all the staff members were warm and ask if we were ok each time they pass by our table, which was a lot because of where our table was, the food was excellent. Thank you.
