Some of their Mexican-inspired appetizers include Fried Fish Taco with guacamole sauce and Mexican salsa and Sopecitos with Chicken Tinga – corn flakes topped with beans and shredded chicken. For an entrée, Entrecote Steak served with red wine and cinnamon reduction or Herb-Marinated Rib Steak with grilled vegetables, are highly recommended. If you prefer fish, Huachinango marinated in achiote served with Mexican rice, is one of their specialties.
