Fish Katsu- Breaded whitefish deep fried to a golden brown crispy shell served on a bed of lettuce with a side of Soosh fries and the chef’s special sauce
Miso Marinated Black Cod- Elegant Black Cod in a miso marinade, served with sautéed vegetables and a choice of white or brown rice
Salmon Teriyaki- Tenderly grilled salmon in a savory teriyaki sauce, served with a mixed salad medley and a choice of white or brown rice
Salmon Yaki Udon- Salmon tossed with thick Japanese wheat noodles and stir fried with fresh vegetables. Served in a light sauce
Kani Yaki Udon Noodles-Spicy kani tossed with thick Japanese wheat noodles and stir fried with fresh vegetables and served in a light sauce.
Vegetable Yaki Udon Noodles- Thick and delicious Japanese noodles sautéed with select fresh vegetables and served in a light yet tantalizing sauce

Soosh is a labor of love spearheaded by founder Ari Lieberman. Ari’s ambition in building Soosh was to offer much more than simply sushi – it was to offer a culinary experience at its finest! Ari handpicked every detail of Soosh, from selecting the freshest ingredients to hiring the most experienced and friendly staff.
