ABOUT Bordeaux Steakhouse

On a block lined with fast food and fast cars sits Bordeaux Steakhouse, a French-American fusion steakhouse that opened in May of 2015. This elegant, high-end fine dining restaurant has Chef Arick Fachler at the helm. Fachler is a graduate of the CIA Cooking School and worked under Jean George, Cartier Replica Danny Meyer and at the Ritz Carlton. The dim lighting and exposed brick wall give Bordeaux an ambience befitting of their expertly crafted food.

The Ahi Tuna Poke is a light and refreshing appetizer, slices of Ahi Tuna, with Sambal Chili Soy, Pickled Beets, and Cilantro Oil. The Prime Aged Beef Carpaccio, pastrami crusted thinly-sliced ribeye, with arugula salad and marinated tomatoes, is already wildly popular. Chef Fachler often recommends the 28 oz. Prime Rib, served with roasted garlic and Bordeaux fries. For a lighter meal that still packs a delicious punch, try the Lamb Burger on a Kaiser bun with curry mustard, arugula and Bordeaux frittes. Bordeaux also has a full bar, with an impressive list of wines and signature cocktails.

Bordeaux has different menus for lunch, from 12PM to 4PM, and dinner, from 5PM to Tag Heuer Replica 11:30PM so be sure to check out both. The main dining room has three huge square booths with comfortable chairs and tables, the bar room with a long wooden bar, cushioned ottomans and couch seating, and the back patio room with casual outdoor seating. Bordeaux also has a private side room for parties, business meetings, and as extra seating room when the restaurant is full.

went to celebrate a birthday at Bordeaux - had a great meal - amazing service (thanks Adonis for all your suggestions) - delicious starters and mains. will certainly go back again.
