ABOUT Bedford Kitchen & Wine Bar (Queens)
Restaurant Re-Opening in May

Bedford isn’t your typical NY kosher establishment.. They bring us a fine dining experience to a steakhouse. The restaurant has a rustic feel with a fresh inviting ambiance. The young and trendy vibe makes Bedford stand out in Flushing, Queens.

The sharable “Small Bites” are a great way to start the meal by ordering a few  such as the very popular Brisket Egg Rolls and the Mable Lamb Bacon. Coming out of the wood brick oven you will find a variety of Flatbreads such as the Chicken & Quail Egg Flatbread served with salsa verde and roasted garlic. The menu includes some of the favorites from the LA restaurant such as their LA Pretzel, and signature cuts of steak.

For a unique dessert, order the olive oil cake served with vanilla whip and raspberry sorbet. This moist, spongy dessert is just sweet enough to top off the meal. An extensive selection of local breweries, ranging in variety and also including some West Coast crafts and familiar European benchmarks, have been selected to offer great products. An broad wine list allows guests to choose from the lightest to boldest wines from around the world ensuring something for every pallet or preference.

The modern industrial design from design features elements of exposed brick and reclaimed wood, accentuated with copper lighting fixtures and 20 foot high ceilings. The open kitchen augments the feng shui of the space and offers an outsider an intimate feeling.

The owner wants his customers to feel like they’re at home each time their coming through his doors. He creates a relaxed atmosphere that provides for a great setting to sit back, relax and enjoy the great meal you’re looking for.

We tasted a variety of foods. Everything was excellent, though portions were not generous. I plan to bring my family into the restaurant.
