Rare Bistro has replaced Rare Steakhouse and while the name has changed slightly, their Rare food and service is still done well. Rare Bistro is now a one-of-a-kind, family friendly restaurant with a tantalizing and reasonably priced menu in a casual dining experience. And no tablecloths on the table means your kids and you can relax without worrying. As you can see from the menu images below (and go to www.gkrm.net/rarebistro to download the pdf), they have kept some of your favorites from the steakhouse and added some more family-style dishes.
Rare Bistro's appetizers range from the popular Popcorn Chicken (beer-battered chicken nuggets, Buffalo & bbq dipping sauces) and Southern Fried Chicken Sliders (fried chicken sliders, lettuce, tomato, spicy mayo and pickles) to Steak Tacos (filled with Cuban beef, cilantro, mild chilies, avocado crema, tomato salsa, house taco sauce) and Beef Chili Nachos (tortilla chips topped with beef chili, tomato salsa, mild chilies, guacamole, cilantro, jalapeno peppers, parve sour cream). Fish lovers should try the Jerk Spiced Tilapia (Caribbean spiced Tilapia with a cool mango salsa served with rice pilaf and house vegetables).
But if you came for steaks, don't leave without getting some of the best, like the Char Grilled Churrasco Steak (flat iron steak pounded with garlic, served with mashed potatoes and your choice of house vegetables or grilled corn on the cob, chimichuri sauce) as well as the Blackened Rib Eye (boneless rib eye rubbed with a blend of nine spices and herbs, served with mashed potatoes and your choice of house vegetables or grilled corn on the cob, bbq sauce). These steaks are flavorful cuts of beef, well-marbled with fat to make it salacious.

Over the next few weeks, they will only be open for dinner from 5pm until 11pm, with lunch starting at a later date. They are still offering pre-paid Shabbat and holiday meals. So sit back, relax and once again, enjoy this rare bistro experience.
