When owners Rovi and Yaniv got the chance to open a restaurant on Ave P between Ocean Parkway and East 5th St in Midwood, and now with another location on Ave M, they knew that the area would hugely benefit from upscale, expertly cooked Italian cuisine. Their motto is “Kosher fine dining – redefined” is evidently true when you walk into the spacious, sophisticatedly designed restaurant. A curtain of silver beads cascade from the chandelier, perfectly complimenting the turquoise and shimmering silver interior. The elegance displayed in the restaurant shows up on the plates of Executive Chef Lior Hachmon as well. Since graduating with honors from celebrated culinary institutions both in France and Israel, Chef Hachmon has worked in numerous award-winning restaurants in Israel and New York.

But the star of the menu is the sixteen-item fish section. The Surprise Salmon, a marinated, seasoned grilled salmon topped with a tropical mango and pineapple salsa is the perfect blend of spicy and sweet.
