Book them in advance for any celebration of up to 50 guests. They also specialize in off premise catering. Why serve the same food at every party when your friends or coworkers can enjoy the taste of homestyle tacos stuffed with marinated strips of grill steak? Try something different for your next event. No job is too big, or too small. Let Carlos & Gabby's of Brooklyn feed your guests with the finest Glatt Kosher Mexican cuisine this side of the Rio Grande. The restaurant is kid-friendly place with several menu items for children.
And because Brooklyn's nightlife tends to be, shall we say, more lively than the suburbanites, they're open much later for that midnight taco run, or your after-Shabbos burrito. House specialties include the Cedarhurst sandwich, Tacos and Burritos, and the Texas wrangler burger. People would be truly surprised how much time, effort and manpower it takes the staff to prepare the food you enjoy. With one bite, you’ll understand better.
Carlos and Gabbys Review

Carlos and Gabbys Review: #gkrmhunt #rarestakes Carlos and Gabby's is billed as a Mexican style food restaurant but never fear if you have a preference for American style food, they have that aplenty! My company has always gotten a fair deal by using Carlos and Gabby's to cater events for us. They give us a good price and a good quantity of food and they always arrive on time. Their hamburger/steak sandwiches are a unique take on the regular hamburger and the steak is always cooked just right. Their popcorn chicken is not for the light of stomach but for those who love the fried battered food, this is a definite must! If you're in the mood for a little spice on the side definitely give their spicy fries a chance, they take the word spice quite seriously!
For my eleventh birthday my friends and I went to Carlos and Gabby's in Brooklyn, New York. My favorite dish at Carlos and Gabby's is the Shredded Barbecue Beef Burrito. I really like it because it has very good barbecue flavor and is not too spicy. I usually order it every time I go to Carlos and Gabby's. I think that the staff there are very friendly. I also like the idea of the buzzers that buzz whenever your food is ready. My conclusion is that I think that Carlos and Gabby's is a very nice family friendly restaurant. I think everybody should go eat at Carlos and Gabby's for all different occasions.
We have been to Carlos and Gabby's a few times over the past couple of years. So many food choices, it is hard to choose what to try. If you like spicy and Mexican, this is the place for you. We have tried several dishes, including nachos and burritos. Last time I had a salad, so there are healthy options there, too. The reason i decided to write a review, though, is because I wanted to make customers aware that their menu's prices are not updated. When we ate out last time, the prices were actually slightly higher than printed. Nonetheless, I would say a good value for the prices.
