information about Wolf & Lamb Steakhouse (Brooklyn)
OK / Rabbi Gornish / Glatt Kosher
Building on success of their Midtown Manhattan location, Wolf & Lamb opened its Brooklyn branch in May 2011. Located in the heart of the vibrant Midwood neighborhood, the steakhouse occupies a dramatic 3-level structure with several dining rooms and a seasonal outdoor patio. The modern industrial design of the restaurant in deep-grey, white and copper tones features vintage lighting, high and exposed ceilings, and a spectacular main dining room floor made of 220,000 copper pennies, hand-laid for stunning effect. While delicious food is at the center at Wolf & Lamb, other aspects of dining, such as attentive warm service, stylish décor, and pleasant atmosphere, are equally emphasized to further enhance the fine dining experience. As part if its holistic approach, the restaurant often hosts live music events, as well as offers a large wine and beer selection. As a result, rather than following prevailing trends, Wolf & Lamb has been redefining them by having created not a just a fine dining destination, but an oasis of enjoyment and relaxation.
Behind Wolf & Lamb’s delicious New American cuisine is Chef Alexander Diaz, Culinary Institute of America graduate, who brings with him rich culinary experience from New York City’s fine dining establishments. His approach to food is unpretentious yet sophisticated, preparing seasonal rustic dishes with a touch of whimsy and creativity. Start your gourmet experience with Pastrami Wrapped Marinated Apricots with ginger rosemary glaze or their exquisite Potato Gnocchi – lamb and brisket ragu with roasted butternut squash, wild mushrooms and truffle oil. Espresso and Brown Sugar Filet is one of their signature entrees, served with roasted fingerlings, julienned vegetables and espresso gravy. Another great choice is their artisanal Wolf and Lamb Ribeye Burger, with chipotle and smoky onion aioli, red onion, pickled green tomato and lettuce, served on a brioche. For a complete experience, pair your meal with one of their specialty microbrewery beers, or select one of their fine international wines. For dessert, Belgian Chocolate Soufflé served with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream, Banana Walnut Bread Pudding or any other of their homemade creations, will be a worthy finale to you delectable meal. Wolf & Lamb also offers catering for all occasions, private parties and fixed priced dinners.

Wolf & Lamb is a place for both families and dates. The staff there was very nice and hospitable. When I went there on a date, during one of their busy times, the staff was still able to be nice and accommodating; they gave us an option of which open table we wanted, even though it wouldve been faster for them just to place us somewhere. The food was delivered fairly quickly. My water glass was never empty as the bus boy was on top of always refilling our glass. When going with a party there is also an upstairs section. If you would like a restaurant that is a mix of family oriented and fancy service, Wolf & Lamb is surely the place to go.
Charles- 11/02/14 As good as the food at the mother ship is, Wolf and Lamb Steakhouse in Brooklyn is the perfect restaurant for many needs. Located at Coney Island Avenue and Avenue M, athe the of Foil store, the ambiance iat Wolf and Lamb makes it great for many needs. The items on the menu work well for both a romantic dinner or a business lunch. The servers are helpful an knowledgeable, offering the perfect wine or beer to pair with your choices. The food however is what keeps you coming back. With a presentation to rival anything you would see on TV the look pales in comparison to the taste. Whether you need a meal with a client, spouse, or friends you will be hard pressed to find a better restaurant in Brooklyn.

Wolf & Lamb Steakhouse (Brooklyn)
Brooklyn jack- 01/17/13
I've gone here many times. This is a fine dining restaurant which is nice to have in this part of Brooklyn. The manager is always pleasant as is the staff. The food is creative and I'd rate what I ate from good to great. Portion sizes are good. Never have my family or I been dissapointed. You always need a reservation. Surprisingly in 6 visits we never had any problems.
Nice atmosphere i really did not feel like I was on Coney Island avenue. The food was very well presented and tasty. Service was attentitive and the best part was I didn't have to drive 25min to back to Brooklyn.
Yitzchok Teitelbaum- 10/26/10 I found M restaurant to have exceptional service.
I was looking for a place to go that had a Sukkah and good reviews. It had been raining so a lot of the places said their sukkah was closed. From the phone conversation with M restaurant it seemed like they intended to accommodate us. M Restaurant's sukkah was also closed but they dried an area just for us and had it set up nicely. The service and food were great and when a small incident occurred (that was out of their control) they were very apologetic and gracious to us.
Jaime- 05/30/10 The food was delicious!!! I got the chicken scampi and my husband got the M steak, both were amazing. The lights are dimmed, and it's not over crowded like most Brooklyn restaurants are. It was a little pricey but the service and atmosphere were well worth it. I would def go back and I really hope this place stays in business!!
