It is beyond a breakfast eatery. It is beyond a pizzeria. It’s simply Beyond by Shemtov’s. This family café has gone a long way since it opened in 2005, as restaurant owner Baruch Sandhaus invites a whole new generation for every meal of the day. The modern white and orange theme hints Florida oranges - as they serve fruit smoothies and freshly squeezed orange juice. The bare brick walls, muted grey floors with special designed spotlights and globed lanterns give you a hip vibe where you can gather your friends for a night out for crepes and a Fro-Yo (frozen yogurt).
For a quiet and filling start, customers have their morning meetings at Beyond by Shemtov’s enjoying their large cup of Coffee or Macchiato with the delicious Challah French Toast off the griddle. You can make lunch interesting with their Broccoli Mac & Cheese and Pizza Potato (stuffed baked potato with marinara sauce and melted mozzarella cheese). One of Beyond’s Signature sandwiches is their Falafel that comes with pita, hummus, Israeli salad, Tahini, and a bit of sauerkraut. Their Teriyaki Salmon Sliders are an original treat that come with lettuce, tomato, crispy onions, wasabi mayo on mini onion rolls.
An item you do not expect on the menu is the Cheese Veggie Burger with cheddar cheese, caramelized onion, secret sauce with fries (go for the Sweet Potato Fries)! But Beyond by Shemtov’s is most known for their most popular items of all, the Gourmet Pizzas and Calzones. Taste the Caprese as this classic pizza is topped with sliced Roma tomatoes, fresh mozzarella slices, sprinkled with parmesan and fresh basil. Save room for dessert with a bucket of Zeppole’s for the whole family, as well as the milkshakes to end the meal smiling. Beyond by Shemtov’s is another reason why it’s always sunny and fun to eat out in Miami. You’re getting a big variety in a familiar place. They also have on and off premise catering to feed all your guests. With take-out and delivery, you can enjoy the 4 D’s (delicious dairy dishes daily).
Shemtov’s has been transformed in the past couple of years with the birth of Beyond by Shemtov’s and can now accommodate, the quick, the casual and the more formal diners within the restaurant. Of course, the restaurant is very capable for any on premise private catering event from small to large parties. Say goodbye to the old Shemtov's pizza shop of yesterday, as owner Baruch Sandhaus promises to go "Beyond" your wildest dreams. Their magical menu reads like a parade of party food: “From the Griddle” fare includes buttermilk pancakes, French challah toast, and Belgian waffles; The “Beyond Starters” category is filled with fun finger foods: zucchini coins, chili and chips, and cheese croissants, among them. Five type of French Fries, sliders and triple-decker sandwiches will make you smile as if you were at a culinary circus. The Bucket of Zeppole, crispy fried dough doused with cinnamon and powdered sugar, is Beyond’s version of cotton candy. Meanwhile, new to the restaurant, they have a U Serve Froyo Bar. Yogen Früz is is a recognized worldwide brand that provides delicious, healthy, and nutritious frozen desserts.
