Complementing the incredible sushi and tapas cuisine will be multiple delicious choices of entrees, utilizing a wide variety of fishes seasoned uniquely.
Stand-out items include the Nitro Faux Scallops, fried in tempura batter and served with a sweet and spicy sauce with toasted sesame, the Yakuza Sushi Burrito, consisting of Spicy Tuna, Cucumber, Avocado, Jalapeño, Scallions, and Lettuce, and the Miso glazed Chilean Seabass. These are not typical items you would see on a Kosher sushi menu in Florida. 26 is turning up the creativity and taste in a way you just have to experience.
26 is offering luscious gourmet deserts daily that match up with a fine assortment of wines. 26 is a dream-come-true for co-owner Morris Kaplan, a Miami Beach resident baby care tips
and successful real estate developer. After searching, unsuccessfully, for years for great Kosher dining in the area, Kaplan felt South Florida deserved a restaurant which offered fine Kosher cuisine along with caring, attentive service.
“Creating a unique Kosher restaurant has been a dream of mine for a long time. Moving to Miami exposed us to many Kosher restaurants, but with Hashem’s help I am able to provide exceptional food and over the top customer service, which is the key to a successful restaurant. We are very proud of our creation” says Kaplan.
In fact, those of you familiar with Gematria know that the name of the restaurant 26 has important religious significance, which makes it fair to say that the 26 mission is to provide divinely inspired food with a simply heavenly atmosphere.
