Since 1922, Mr. Broadway has become a landmark for kosher food lovers. The cool vibe and contemporary menu offers guests what co-owners Yuval Zarai and Moti Zilber call “a modern twist on traditional Jewish Cuisine”. After a gut renovation in 2013 with a new Beer & Wine Bar and Flat Screen TVs, this Restaurant-Sports Bar is in the center of all action. While lunch is busy with businessmen and women, the service is efficient so you can have a relaxing lunch without the long wait. After Lunch, Happy Hour begins at the bar with half priced tap beer and wine accompanied by delicious appetizers such as all beef sliders, corned beef flat bread pizzeta, boneless BBQ wings and shawarma tacos.
As the lights dim, candles lit, dinnertime brings a young crowed of couples and groups for a great variety that includes American Grill, Mediterranean Specialties as well as a Chinese & Sushi menu. Pre-fixed party menus are available for group dining and there is a separate seating area to host sheva brachot, birthdays and other events in a fun modern atmosphere. Their Braised Short Ribs served over mushroom polenta and Veal schnitzel with pastrami hash, sauté spinach with maple mustard sauce is a must have. A signature sandwich is the BBQ Brisket, piled high served with onion strings, red cabbage slaw, honey garlic BBQ on a brioche roll. Worth noting is their in house ground all beef burgers creations such as Hawaiian Burger (Black Angus Beef, House Cured Salami & Grilled Pineapple). Their sushi chef continues to incorporate many exciting new types of rolls such as low carbs, fried and spicy. Standout Chinese Entrees include General Tso’s Chicken and Shawarma Egg Foo Young (Pancake with Eggs and Shawarma), which is something you will not see anywhere else.

Do you have a Pesach seder menu available? I am also interested in finding out about pricing for one or both seders. Thanks.
Mr. Broadway is a great place to eat at any time of the day. Of course it is busy at lunchtime but still virtually no wait time. Also, the price is definitely worth the food and the portions. Overall I would give it a 5/5, highly recommended.
Quick and curtious service and the place is always busy, which says a lot. I love their food and the variety is great. I've been coming here for years and will continue as this is one of my favourite NYC authentic kosher cusine.
