Our retrospect continues with a more positive outlook on the restaurant industry as over 100 new restaurants have opened around the country, and have stayed open with a number of openings announced in 2021 to open in 2022. So while, this has been a year(s) like no other, the cycle of restaurant life continues through these new beginnings.
You may ask, why would anyone open this year? Simple answer is many of these have been in the works for months, tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars were invested and they are now powering through to make it to the other side of this pandemic. It won't be easy but it is an exciting time for restaurants as 2022 will continue to see more restaurants (many I am not privy to say but just you wait)
