After 17 years in the business, owners of Ganey Orly Bukharian Restaurant in Queens are looking to retire. And son Eytan Israelov, who has been working non stop for the restaurant and has a newborn, graduated from nursing school would probably like to deliver babies now after delivering so many meals. But they have built up a great business, loyal following throughout NY, NJ, CT and this is a great time for them to sell and for someone to continue their success. Any potential buyer would be lucky to keep the Ganey Orly name and tradition alive. All chefs and staff will remain. Here are the details and you can message Eytan with serous inquiries at (718) 200-9275. Let me though preface that Ganey Orly is open and is committed till the last second to their customers and nothing will change as they pursue opportunities. Outside deliveries will continue as planned. Square feet: 1,000 Sqft on the first side, fully built out kitchen, and 1,000 sqft basement with prep stations and a walk in fridge. Second side is roughly 1,100 sqft, used as a private party room. Also has its own kitchen. Rent: $8500 for both locations. Lease: 5 Years with a 5 Year option. Asking price: Please inquire but I will say it's reasonable. Click here to weigh in and wish them well. Ganey Orly is located at 65-37 99th Street (few blocks off of Queens Blvd.) Rego Park, NY.

I have a unique opportunity I want to bring to you. For many years GKR has had a float in the Celebrate Israel Parade. For the past 2 years, the parade didn't happen but this year it's back (Sunday, May 22nd - which is just a few weeks away) and I'm hoping we can do a float again. Click here for photos from previous years where the restaurant logo appears on the float and you get to have at least 2 people to be on the float. It costs many thousands to do the float, but if we get places to chip in evenly it's reasonable. It doesn't have to be a restaurant, but anything food or kosher related would be good. If you're interested it would be only $500. Let me know ASAP if interested as we have limited space. Ideal for Manhattan restaurants and ones with multiple locations. It's seen by tens of thousands of people in person and on TV.

Right after Pesach, we hit a milestone, and given all the Pesach content I posted, it's no wonder why. We have just hit 68,000 members on the Facebook group. Amazing feat as we keep growing and climbing. Still the largest kosher food group in the world. And together with our sister Instagram account, we have over 100,000 contacts. Pretty cool. Thanks for being with us. Click here to check out our post announcing this impressive feat., and to weigh in.
