Dougie's Brooklyn Update -
What looks to be the most anticipated kosher restaurant opening in the Fall, is just about there. In fact, they can probably open before the holidays if they'd want. But as I suspected because of the holidays and staggered days, they are going to wait until right after Succos to open, figure Wednesday, October 26th. So all you hungry fans you will have to wait a little while longer.
You can be assured that the moment they start to cook and the first Fire Slammers and Onbelievable Onion hits the table we'll be there to show it to you. In the meantime, here are some updated pictures of the interior sent to us by their design team (they seem to really like the lights). This will be Dougie's sleekest location ever and I can't imagine the euphoria when the doors finally open.
