While I have this moment let us say goodbye to the following restaurants this past year. .
Some were shockers and long time establishments and each one is sad and has a story to tell. Owners who invested and lost a lot of money, staff who lost their jobs, customers who won't be able to enjoy their favorite dishes.
But I will tell you despite a pandemic, there wasn't as many that closed this past year.
I think it was a combination the Jewish community and I hope this group really rallying behind our establishments. The owners working really hard and being creative as well as a very niche market where these are the only restaurants we go to. It also was an opportunity to go out and do stuff, especially with the limited resources we had.
