IN CELEBRATION.... Restaurant Openings of 2018 and more to come in 2019 (which ones are you excited about?)
As you will see below, this year has indeed been a banner year of kosher restaurants - close to 100 have opened and are surviving. Yes, "survival" is probably the best way to describe the kosher industry with many of their obstacles. Restaurants are expanding, opening more locations and doing well. So you can make it! There are hundreds of examples we don't always pay attention to, because they are consistent, do their job and it's not as sensational to talk about the successful ones. So while some have gone, we have hope for many of these restaurants and look forward to an even greater 2019.
