It looks like we are about 2 weeks away from the soft opening of Brooklyn's newest and hottest restaurant. It's been a year of anticipation but we will finally get a taste of Israel like we've never seen here in NY.

Chef Elior Balbul, who worked in Tel Aviv’s very popular Blue Sky, is at the helm along with owner Yuda Schlass of this Modern Israeli Cuisine restaurant in Crown Heights, a hotbed of kosher restaurants.

ALENBI will be located at 887 Nostrand Avenue and Crown Street. The menu is still being worked on but taking a look at their Instagram photos (below), you can see what's to come.
