Genesis, a Glatt Kosher Grill & Chinese restaurant has opened up in Las Vegas earlier this week. Just a short car ride from the Vegas strip, and in walking distance  from the Palms Casino, Genesis (whose awning has the name Bereshit/בראשית in Hebrew also listed) will be the only kosher restaurant to cater to the late night crowd by being open nightly until 3 am. 

There may be no shortage of Mediterranean kosher restaurants in the Las Vegas Area, Genesis,  however, is the first kosher Chinese restaurant to land near the strip. Kashrut for the restaurant is under the supervision of the Chabad of Southern Nevada. They are located at 4661 W Flamingo Rd, Las Vegas NV 89103
