As Great Kosher Restaurants reported back in August on our Facebook page. Breadsmith, an artisanal bakery with locations across the United States, is opening in Brooklyn on Tuesday December, 9 at 1817 Ave M.  We were lucky enough to get a sneak peek (and taste) last week and we can attest to the fact that the only thing better than their huge variety of breads are their incredible pastries such as melt in your mouth cinnamon buns and sweet rolls. Breadsmith features a 6 ton hearth oven, which will be baking their 30 plus varieties of bread including Ciabatta, Whole Wheat, Honey wheat, French Baguettes, 5 different types of challah and so much more!
