Full Kosher Sports Bar Opening in Manhattan after Pesach

BREAKING SPORTS NEWS:
While we are all watching the Super Bowl, can't think of a better time to announce this. Replica Watches While the cat is out of the bag (or should I say say the dog is out of the house) since some of the bartenders have been telling their customers, we can exclusively announce that the Promenade Bar and Grill, the popular sports bar that up until now was serving kosher sushi (but non-kosher bar food), has entered into a joint venture with the Teaneck Doghouse to convert the current Promenade Bar & Grill on 3rd Avenue to a fully kosher sports bar after Pesach. It will be under OK Supervision and will include a full bar menu. They are currently looking for additional investors.
The Promenade Sports Bar & Grill is located at 344 - 3rd Avenue (between 25th and 26th Streets).
This is very interesting news since it comes on the heels of the "Courtside Grill," a sports-themed restaurant that is due to open soon in the 5 Towns.

If you're interested, please email info@gkrm.net and we will send you the business plan and prospectus as well as the time for the meeting. Should be exciting.

Here is the Business Concept:
Promenade Bar and Grill plans to transform its existing non-kosher restaurant and bar into an exciting, inventive new kosher casual dining hangout at 344 3rd Avenue. As customers seeking kosher fare enter the high-ceilinged space in the Manhattan Promenade luxury building, they will be greeted by forty-five 60” flat screen TVs, a centered bar, and a sleek open kitchen. It’s all part of the proven concept envisioned by Promenade’s owners, and enjoyed by thousands of patrons who have visited the venue since it opened in November of
2013.

In July of 2015, after nearly two years of business, Promenade launched a Kosher sushi section within the venue. The purpose of this was two-fold; to fill a void and provide an affordable kosher option to the multitude of college students and young professionals who have moved into the neighborhood, and also to determine the demand for and feasibility of transitioning into a fully-kosher restaurant.

Due to overwhelming demand and repeated customer requests, 344 Restaurant Group LLC wants to transition the entire 3,400 sq. ft. space into NYC’s first glatt kosher sports bar and restaurant. The new Promenade will serve a moderately priced, tailgate-inspired kosher menu to give New Yorkers a taste of regional favorites not typically available in existing kosher restaurants. Renovations are slated to begin late April 2016 with a target grand re-opening date of May 1st 2016.
