We first told you about this 4 months ago when we were at the Chabad Shluchis conference back in February, but it is now official. Named "Jerusalem Cafe", this kosher restuarant is the first of its kind in Novosibirsk, Siberia. While the restaurant looks better then our first guess, this is pretty cool... Get it?
