Great Kosher Restaurants Magazine just got a call from the proprietor of a new mobile food truck that he will be opening up a mobile "bistro" that will be specializing in the art of "sliders" (aka mini burgers).  As many of you know the food truck craze is alive and well around the country and certainly in the kosher industry with several trucks popping up in Jewish cities. "The Slidewalk" as it's being called, promises to bring high quality beef sliders to areas like downtown Brooklyn, Flatbush, Wall Street and Battery Park. It will also be available for catering and special events. They will be under the supervision of Rabbi Gornish.
