ALENbi is Now Open in Crown Heights
The newest and hottest Israeli Restaurant in Crown Heights is officially open! Chef Elior Balbul has worked with mega chef Meir Adoni in Israel and this restaurant is something that the Kosher world has not really seen yet. It is gourmet Israeli food with a twist. You're encouraged to share plates to get the full experience and taste all of the bold and different flavors. I was there last week and some of the highlights were:  Cauliflower Steak, Carpaccio Egel, and the Israel Souvlaki. Basil Secures New Kosher Certification
Basil is re-opening today at 5:30pm, after a brief 24 hour hiatus, under the Kosher supervision of the OU. Bubble Bam Closes... And Reopens
Bubble Bam closed last month, but for those whose bubbles had burst it's time to blow a new one, because Bubble Bam is back (with a bam)! Shloimie Fischman made his dream come true last week with the soft opening of his new craft burger joint  Burgers + Q. With a unique and delicious menu of appetizers, burgers and sandwiches and refreshing drinks this is an exciting new addition to the Brooklyn food scene. Davry Kosher Sports Bar Opens on Kings Highway
About 2 months ago we told you about another Kosher sports bar coming to Brooklyn and we are pleased to report that they are now open! With the new basketball season upon us, this will be fun. They will have about 18 TV's and seating for 70 including a small bar when you first come in. Located at: 722 Kings Highway, Brooklyn, NY.

Halftime Grill Closes
Halftime ran out of time and after a year and a half, there is no more show at Halftime Kosher Sports Bar in Marine Park as it  unfortunately closed it's doors. Located on Flatbush Avenue and Avenue N.

Mazza & More Expands
After much success with their new storefront over this past summer in Allenhurst, NJ, Mazza & More has expanded their current Brooklyn location. Mozzarella Opens in Crown Heights
New dairy restaurant has opened at 265 Troy Avenue, Brooklyn, NY. They are currently in their soft opening phase. Their hours will be from 9: AM- 11:00 PM everyday with a full breakfast, lunch and dinner menu. h/t Tuli Weber

Meal Mart of Boro Park Closes
For many years Meal Mart of Boro Park has served the neighborhood with delicious takeout. Sadly, they have now closed for good. To read more about it click here.

Moses Grill Bar Opening Soon
From the people who brought you My Grill Bar, Joseph Dream Burger and Retro Grill comes the newest member of the family, Moses Grill Bar! At the former location of Crisp Grill at 3004 Ave L (and the corner of Nostrand Ave), Keep an eye out for the upcoming opening of Moses Grill Bar soon.

Muscat Market Turns Non-Kosher
The recently opened Muscat Market in Brooklyn (2613 Avenue U), sadly closed as a kosher supermarket on Friday November 3rd in the afternoon and has re-opened under the name "Cherry Hill Supermarket" (like the one Sheepshead Bay) and will no longer be kosher.

The Avenue J location has recently closed their doors for good.

The Original Brooklyn Bagel Gets New Ownership
The Brooklyn mainstay of the bagel scene is under new ownership. Coming soon will be a remodel of the store and new new products coming soon. They have just launched a really nice ordering online website www.theoriginalbrooklynbagel.com (a mobile app will be coming in the next few weeks). Bakery "Gourmandises de France" Opens on the Upper East Side

Big Bang Burger Grand Opening

New Dairy Restaurant BASTA Opening
Coming soon to Midtown East is a new upscale dairy restaurant called BASTA. It will be on East 34th St between Park & Madison and will feature an exciting new Italian menu.

Noga Opening in the Sago Hotel on the LES
Nestled on Orchard Street in the Lower East Side is the beautiful new boutique Sago Hotel, and they will soon be hosting Noga - an upscale dairy restaurant. This is going to be exciting. Here are the highlights of the not-yet named restaurant. The owner promises it will be kosher like you've never seen before... super high end. Think tapas for apps and full entrees featuring homemade pasta, risotto, fresh fish, daily from the markets. The restaurant will sit 65 and have a heated rooftop for 40 more people. The restaurant will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and offer VIP service.

Pitopia West Side Closes, Now on East Side as Part of "Midtown Kosher"
With their recent move to the East Side to join their other sister menus, Eden Wok, Kosher Poke, Teriyaki Wok, Sushi Donut Shop; Pitopia and Buffalo2Go has closed their West Side location. Prime at the Bentley Closes
On November 9th, Prime at the Bentley had their last hurrah and served their last dinner. Sadly, all the Prime locations and restaurants have now all closed.

Va Bene Closes Temporarily for Maintenance
Due to maintenance issues Va Bene is temporarily closed. They do not have an estimate when they will reopen as of yet, but do not worry, they are not closing.

Don Gaucho Opens in Hewlett

Salsa Metsuyan Reopens Pareve in Teaneck  
Salsa Metsuyan in Teaneck has reopened and this time even healthier! This time they're all pareve; serving sushi, salads and Mexican themed tapas, tacos, burritos, poke and bowls. For protein there is a variety of fish, eggs and tofu add-ins. Located at: 192 W Englewood Avenue, Teaneck, NJ.

MONSEY
Beast BBQ Turning into "306 Southern Barbecue"
We've been receiving a lot of questions about Beast BBQ and now we have some answers! The restaurant is changing their name to 306 Southern Barbecue. They have taken their next door space and broken down the wall to make for more spacious seating. Renovations should take about another 3 weeks. They have added the CRC as a supervision, alongside the OU. There will no longer be waiter service, rather order at the counter. Besides for smoked meats, they will be adding more items to the menu that are family friendly. Chef Moshe Wendel is no longer there and they have hired a new chef who is excited and eager to get this new restaurant opened! Hours will be from 12:00 PM - 1200 AM. FLORIDA
Meat & Eat Opens in North Miami

Sushi Kraze Prepares To Open
Construction is done and the furniture and equipment is on its way. They hope to have a soft opening over Thanksgiving and be fully open by early December. Sushi Kraze will feature sushi, sashimi, poke and tempura. They will be focusing on streamlined takeout but also have tables, chairs and an eating bar for eat-in availability. They will be located at: 705 NE 167th Street, North Miami Beach, FL - corner store in shopping center (opposite end of Jerusalem Pizza).

CHICAGO
Milt's Extra Innings Grand Opening
