This just in! Prime Grill will be moving from its current location to the Sony Building on Madison Ave and East 56th St. Taking over the former location of Butterfish, Prime Grill is set to open at the end of August. This is a huge move for Prime Grill, making it neighbors with some of Manhattan's most prestigious addresses. Executive Chef David Kolotkin will be making the move to the new location, and Chef Hitochi, Butterfish's renowned new age Japanese sushi chef, will be joining the Prime Grill team. The expanded menu, which will combine Chef Hitochi's authentic creations with Executive Chef David Kolotkin's culinary brilliance, is sure to be spectacular and we're very excited to check it out!
