A new kosher restaurant, called MeaToast is opening at 222 - 71st Street, between Collins and Harding Avenue. The area is called North Beach, or NoBe for the fancy people, but this is interesting as it's the only place in this specific area which is in the middle of popular Miami Beach and Surfside.
