HUGE NEWS! This year Chef Yos of Hassid Hipster will be joining the widely recognized Cooking Channel & Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival presented by Food & Wine for its 15th anniversary this February. He'll be cooking for guests at the Festival’s first kosher dinner during the cocktail hour and alongside the celebrated chefs involved as their Kosher Culinary Concierge. Jewish food has been trending in the secular foodie world - just think of how many bagels with lox photos you've seen lately! This trend has given chefs a chance to showcase their talents and prove that kosher food can be just as exciting as non-kosher.
The dinner will take place at the Chabad Downtown Jewish Center on Thursday, February 25th at 7PM. James Beard award-winning chefs Ashley Christensen, Alon Shaya and Michael Solomonov will be bringing along their discoveries from a recent culinary tour of Israel.
