They are offering a Thanksgiving Prix Fixe Menu on Thursday, November 25. It’s $75 per person plus tax plus tip. Besides your Thanksgiving favorites, the Menu in restaurant, includes (1) glass of wine, beer or sangria. Indoor and outdoor heated seating are available. The Thanksgiving menu is available for catering, takeout and delivery. The Main and Sushi Menus are also available. Seating is limited so make reservations as soon as possible. Butternut squash soup serves at the appetizer for only $9.95. The entrée is an oven-roasted Kosher Turkey, marinated with fresh herbs, white wine, and roasted garlic. Both white and dark meat will be served sliced. It comes with homemade stuffing, mashed potatoes, mashed sweet Potatoes, and homemade cranberry sauce. Altogether, the entrée and sides are $47.95. When it comes to a kosher celebration of this most American of holidays, the UN Plaza Grill has it covered for in-restaurant and at-home dining. The main event of the 3-course $80 in-house menu is maple-glazed free range turkey, though pan-roasted Atlantic salmon or one of three grill selections — braised boneless short ribs, center-cut rib eye, or lamb chops — can be substituted. (The beef and lamb dishes carry a $35 to $40 surcharge.) A four-course “heat-and-eat” package for eight is built around a 12-to-16-pound roasted whole fresh turkey for $550, which is not bad when you consider that it works out to $68.75 a person. The meal starts off with a fall salad and your choice of soups. For your entrée, there are two meat options, either an herb roasted turkey or a slow braised holiday brisket with sweet onions. Either is accompanied with traditional herb stuffing, Yukon mashed potatoes, haricot vert, roasted vegetables, and orange zest cranberry relish. Other entrée options include salmon fillet with cranberry basil pesto glaze served over warm black rice salad and roasted vegetables or homemade tortellini with forest mushroom in a butternut squash and sage “butter” sauce. Kids can substitute chicken Milanese. There are four dessert options pumpkin or chocolate pecan pie, apple strudel, and spiced pumpkin infused rice pudding with ginger cookie crumble. The meal is only $78 for adults and $54 for kids (10 and under) plus tax and gratuity. Note, the regular menu will not be served. Reservations are required. The Dinner Package Menu includes a first course of kale caser salad, or garden green salad with your choice of creamy white caser or vinaigrette dressing. The second course consists of butternut squash soup or mushroom soup with truffle oil. For the main course, a choice of a toasted whole turkey or a sliced turkey breast is offered with bread pudding and herbed gravy.
