Olympic Pita opens in Williamsburg
In been a couple of months, but for those who don't know, the Middle Eastern restaurant, with a location on Coney Island Avenue in Brooklyn and one in New York City, recently opened in Williamsburg at 264 Lee Avenue
BIG NEWS: SHANG CHAI CLOSING!
After a decade and being a staple for birthdays, anniversaries and sheva brachos to thousands of people, this long established Chinese restaurant will be closing its doors for the last time on January 1st. Sushi Tokyo opens new and bigger store
The popular sushi restaurant on Coney Island Avenue and Avenue J is slowly growing with more locations. Their 2nd store opened in the 5 Towns this past year, and just last week, their 3rd location opened on Kings Highway and East 6th Street with a full fledged, waiter service establishment.

The owner of Asian (pronounced A-Si-an) in Buenos Aires told me last week she got a call from MADONNA's assistant that the Material Girl needs a mix of everything: starters, mains, desserts for her and her staff to take on their private jet on her way to another show in Argentina. Pretty cool. And the assistant said they may dine in at the restaurant the next time they are in Argentina.
