New Vegan Kosher Restaurant Coming to Brooklyn

So we reported this yesterday in our newsletter, but we heard from the owner of Siena Ristorante, that the location which used to be "Back to Nature" (which they also own and is next door) is under renovation and will now be a vegan restaurant. The restaurant, located at 535 Kings Highway, should be opening up in a few weeks.
This is quite interesting since there are almost no vegan kosher restaurants that are Shomer Shabbos and under orthodox rabbinical supervision. We're not sure if the name will remain, but if it doesn't, it would mean the end of almost 20 years of "Back to Nature" one of the first dairy restaurants that catered to the health conscious crowd.
