About The Guest Kosher Restaurant
If you are looking for a Bukharian restaurant in Miami, then The Guest, serving the Sunny Isles and Aventura areas, is the place. Owned by good friends David and Rob, The Guest vibrantly celebrates Bukharian cuisine and culture in an immersive experience that includes not only deliciously spiced traditional recipes with contemporary updates, but also world-class cocktails — and even an outdoor hookah lounge — all delivered with passion and flair in a chic, ultra-lounge-style environment.
The dinner menu at The Guest is carefully curated to feature the fragrant spices and exquisite presentations that truly set Bukharian cuisine apart. Start with one or several of six different traditional salads. Classic cold and hot appetizers are of course also available, including hummus, babganoush, and roasted eggplant. Bukharian-style stuffed pastries and dumplings of several varieties, including samsa, cheburek, manti, and chuchvara, as well as four different soups, round out the extensive list of tantalizing starters.
One could easily make an incredible meal out of just the first two pages of the menu. But that would be a mistake, as the restaurant also offers a wide array of extraordinary mains and kebabs, featuring not only chicken, beef, and lamb, but also brilliantly spiced fish dishes. Family-style “Sharing Dishes”, designed for five or more people, are also here, each featuring a decadent mix of meat, vegetables, and rice, potatoes or pastry. Of course, no great meal at The Guest is truly complete without a sample of the restaurant’s innovative mixology. The bar menu features a dazzling selection of top-shelf kosher spirits, dozens of carefully curated wines (most of which are available by the glass), and sixteen different hand-crafted specialty cocktails. Put simply, if you want your next wedding anniversary dinner to be a memorable treat, The Guest is sure to please.
However, The Guest is not only a beautiful “date night” restaurant. Instead, in classic Bukharian fashion, this venue is also designed to accommodate large celebrations of family and friends. Rather than ordering individual plates from an a la carte menu, banquet guests pre-select from one of three inclusive “Banquet Menus”, all of which include multiple courses of family-style food, wine (and vodka, for select packages), soft drinks, and traditional tea. Priced from $125 to $250 per person (plus tax and service charge), each menu is crafted to delight a minimum of six people, but the venue can accommodate parties of up to ninety indoors or forty outside.
Whether you are a Miami resident or a visitor, whether your party is large or small, and whether you are already a devoted fan of Bukharian food or ready to begin your first adventure into this delightfully fragrant and satisfying cuisine, The Guest is sure to deliver an evening to remember and cherish.
Free delivery up to 5 miles on orders of $30 or more.
