Chef Garcia wants to honor all of the hard work that it takes to grow and produce these ingredients. He says, “I want to reflect that care and dedication in the effort that my team and I put into each dish. Our guests have chosen to make special memories in our restaurant and in each bite, we want to capture the honor that it brings us. It puts an emotion into the food, a passion that our guests can taste.” Enjoy a variety of tapas such as the Tempura Vegetables with house-made Ponzu sauce and the BBQ Hen in Honey drizzle with cole slaw and house-made hot sauce. The lunch menu includes creamy Spinach-Artichoke Dip, Pan Seared Salmon, 12 oz Rib Eye Steak, and a Roasted Cauliflower Sandwich. The restaurant features an open kitchen that offers patrons an intimate insight to the sounds, sights and aromas of Tierra Sur's kitchen. For the lovers of meat, the dinner menu from their wood-burning grill include Lamb Ribs with house-smoked applesauce for appetizers and Lamb Chop with sautéed spinach for entrée. Irresistible dessert are the Zeppolis (cinnamon doughnuts with hot chocolate).
On a beautiful temperate night enjoy sitting on the outdoor patio located just outside the large glass doors from the main dining room. Dinner Wine Tasting menus include two- to three-course meals offering intimate dining with a choice of one wine by the glass for each course. IF YOU WANT A GREAT BIG JUICY TENDER STEAK, THIS IS THE PLACE. THE WINE IS AWESOME. VERY COZY ATMOSHERE . ESPECIALLY IN THE CORNER, HEY GET OUT THAT'S OUR TABLE!! THE SERVICE IS EXCELLENT AND YOU FEEL VERY SATISFIED AFTER ALL IS DONE. secret. The staff is always so very pleasant to my wife and I, and Chef Tod Arron is truly a master chef. This cat can really put it down. If you've never ate at Tierra Sur you are missing out on some very fine cusine. If you are looking for a romantic place for dinner with great food, this is the place to go.

Greg Ross- 07/11/08 We had dinner on Wednesday evening. We were a four top and had a very good meal. The service was good. The table was set well, and the bread was fresh. Three suggestions: 1) Get better Extra Virgin Olive Oil (DOP from Italy) so that you do not have to hide the quality with garlic. 2) Get a better wine list with wines from other countries, perhaps the ones that you sell in the tasting room 3) When a guest requests a change (subtraction or addition) to an entree such as our group did, make sure that the open kitchen does not make comments, or fun of special requests. When your guests are paying this much money for their entrees, and there is an open kitchen, and our table was adjacent to the kitchen, these type of comments to do not leave a good impression. Our bill came to $300.00 for 4 people (with a $50.00 tip) and to have the kitchen openly complain that the there was a request for no mushrooms with the chicken, was offensive.

Sara- 06/18/07 Best Restaurant ever.We went for dinner and loved it so much that we went back the next day for lunch. We had the Kibe lamb burger and the mesquite smoked salmon for lunch. I've been too alot of restaurants and have never been so impressed..Can't wait to go back.
