At the start of your meal, you’re served hot bread with a delicious chestnut butter from the friendly and attentive staff. Marron does an excellent job of making a high end restaurant into such a welcoming environment. The staff works seamlessly together as a cohesive family. This family is composed of many different cultures such as South American, Israeli, Mexican, Korean, Canadian and more. While there are always exciting specials being created, some of the flavorful staples that are highlighted from the menu include the Ceviche, served with watermelon radish and jalapeno tempura, a selection of marinated steaks, and the flat bread, composed of short rib, onion jam, red pepper confit and spicy aioli. The charcuterie board and sliders change each week along with different specials, so you can keep coming back to taste the new and inspired dishes.
The unique presentation is certainly worth a mention. Patrons often snap photos of their beautifully crafted meal to share with friends and family. You’re sure to enjoy a meal at Marron Bistro with all of your senses.
Marron also has an eclectic selection of beers and wines from all over the world ranging from Chile, Italy, Kenya, Israel, Argentina and more. To top off your meal, be sure to save room for dessert. With a special pastry chef in house, the dessert is made with careful attention to detail. The toffee pudding bursting with flavor or the fruit crumble, made with coconut crumble, seasonal berries, apples and pears will leave you with sweet memories from your time at Marron Bistro.
