ABOUT Noma

Named for North of Miami, NOMA headed by Chef David Benrey and Chef Tal Aboav, is a dairy restaurant located in beautiful Aventura. Noma is serving up internationally and seasonally inspired small plates such as bronzino fish and housemade ravioli. Noma aims to provide an experience that is rare in the Kosher world through unique dishes, ambiance, and a level of hospitality that leaves their guests satisfied and returning. Chefs David and Tal train their staff to be properly educated on the makings of each dish on the menu. The decor is casual elegant, with a pop or royal color.  No question these guys are talented with their inventive and delicious dishes. Everything here is made from scratch. This place is spacious and inviting with a full bar, beautiful presentation and methodical layers of flavor combined to give you an overall wonderful experience.

Some of their top dishes with blend bold flavors include Spicy Moroccan tagine which is slow cooked salmon with red pepper jalapeno, chickpeas, and cilantro, seasoned with house mix spices, and their Bruléed Pear pizza made with alfredo sauce, ricotta cheese, roasted pears, caramelized onions, topped with arugula and balsamic glaze
