A carnivorous addition to Waterways in Miami’s coterie of kosher restaurants. From the team that brought you Fuego by Mana, Karne is a meat restaurant that has taken over the space it’s sister eatery (the aforementioned Fuego) used to occupy.
Karne is more than just the reincarnation of Fuego BBQ. The menu features grill top favorites such as burgers, and meat filled sandwiches but also boasts a sushi menu to help differentiate itself from its sibling. Sandwiches come with 1 side, entrees come with 2.
Some highlights from the menu include the Cubano Sandwich; fried steak served with fresh vegetables on ciabatta with a garlic aioli, The Onion Burger is a flame-grilled meat patty topped with an onion ring and onion jam, it’s onion-tastic! If everything on the menu looks good then order one of the Mix Grill platters (Karne or Chef) which is a nice sample platter of a few of the different items from the entree list.
If sushi is more your speed then be sure to try out the Green Dragon roll which is white fish tempura combined with fake crab and topped with avocado.
Don’t forget to end the meal with a little dessert! For a more tropical inspired choice we suggest the Passion Fruit Mousse, but chocaholics are going to swear by the S’mores in a Jar!
