Get ready for a slice of heaven in Sin City
Wife and husband team Ariela (chef) and Sean Lyttle (general manager) are bringing Kosher comfort food (most notably pizza) to Las Vegas.
A two-decade veteran of the Vegas culinary scene, Ariela has had ventures in the catering, restaurant, private chef, and food blogging arenas. Her dream has always been to bring amazing kosher food to her favorite city and hometown Las Vegas. She’s accomplished that with Ariela’s Pizza & Kosher Kitchen.
The pizza menu is extensive. They do have a classic pie called The Big Cheese which features a mozzarella blend and marinara sauce, but have more interesting choices such as well. The Honolulu for instance, a take on the Hawaiian pizza featuring mozzarella blend, marinara, pineapple, and a choice of either pareve kosher ham or bacon. They also have their version of the Barbecue Chicken Pizza with The Memphis which has cheese, barbecue sauce, pareve chicken, and red onion. If none of the house speciality pies catch your interest you can build your own from a collection of sauces (including marinara and garlic ricotta), cheeses (mozzarella, provolone, feta), veggies, pareve meats, and other toppings such as egg and almonds.
The menu does go beyond pizza and into fun takes on comfort food, such as Garlic Butter Challah Sticks, where house-made challah is cut into strips and brushed with garlic butter and parmesan. You can get versions that are topped with a cheese blend as well for an extra cheesy treat. If you’re looking for a sandwich they have a nice amount of vegetarian versions of meat favorites such as Philly Cheesesteak and the Sloppy Yosef.

Before going back out onto the strip, end the meal with the delightful Italian Zeppoli, served with either powdered or cinnamon sugar.
