ABOUT Jerusalem Chef's Table

Formerly known as Jerusalem Grill, the Chef's Table concept is to have the maitre'd/chef come out and cook the food right in front of you. That has been put on hold until health concerns subside, but the name still is apropos as you are getting a chef-driven Middle Eastern and Mediterranean wonderland that is authentic as you're going to get.

Owned by the soft-spoken, wise beyond his years, Lior Facher, the restaurant has been through everything in its over 10 years in being the Vegas strip. The celebrities, the shows, the conventions, the peaks, and valleys, but I think he and everyone else in Vegas can tell you they have never been through this before. Their almost entire existence is predicated on travel and tourists and when that went away, so did some of their hope.

[continued above, right]

But alas, it's slowly coming back and these owners don't get down, they get creative. And so for the past few months, Jerusalem consolidated their menu and dropped their prices considerably to make sure they can bring in the locals and stay in business.

The sleek modern decor contrasts nicely to the old school Israeli fare but presented beautifully on a plate. This place is too good and too consistent and needs the support of the locals and travelers, whether dine-in, take out or delivery. It is indeed some of the best Middle Eastern fare you can find anywhere.
