ABOUT Monaco Encino

In June of 2021, The Benelisha Brothers, Yosef and Oren, were proud to open their new restaurant, Monaco. Naming it Monaco to honor their parents’ country of origin, the brothers had a clear vision of the unique experience they wanted to provide for their guests. It’s more than just amazing foods and cocktails. As is true of the French Riviera, the restaurant is the intersection of different flavors, cultures, and experiences.

Let by Managers Edward Jay, the atmosphere is electric, the perfect blend of fancy and friendly. The color scheme is vibrant blues, reds, or yellows, depending on where you’re seated. There’s a high ceiling with a beautiful chandelier and being under it is an unforgettable experience. Of course, you could opt to dine outdoors and enjoy the weather.

The neighborhood has never seen a place quite like this. It’ll be something new and exciting. You could bring your kids earlier in the day, or come by later, which is when the nightlife really starts. It’s the perfect atmosphere for 20 somethings who want to hang out and be social.

This European fusion restaurant is open for fine dining and late-night cocktails. They have an extensive cocktail menu, everything from the Brown Derby to the Monaco Sunrise. The bar is well stocked and can likely provide whatever drink you like. At Monaco, they aim to please.

[continued above, right]

The menu is also extensive, with plenty of options for food, dessert, and cocktails. The charred cauliflower is a noted appetizer, but you could also go with the Moroccan Scotched Eggs, which are flash-fried soft poached eggs, mix with minced lamb, beef, Israeli breadcrumbs, black garlic harissa, and organic watercress. There are plenty of great entrees as well. If you like fish, you’ll go wild for the wild salmon, but if you came to get your beef on, there is a Prime Carpaccio with truffle vinaigrette and truffle salt. You could enjoy a side of truffle oil fries. When it comes time to order dessert, can you imagine anything better than espresso crème brulé?

All of these and more delicious dishes are prepared by Chef David Wolfskill. Winner of multiple Michelin stars at his previous restaurants, Wolfskill decided to bring his talent, dedication, and experience to Monaco. Clearly, he saw something of value in the restaurant, and while Monaco is lucky to have him, the reverse may also be true.

Private parties are encouraged, occasionally with musical guests. In fact, they tend to have live music on Thursday and Saturday nights. It’s not something you want to miss.

Monaco is about feeling like you’ve traveled to another country and really experienced the culture, not just tasted the food. It's warm and inviting and they’d love to have to experience it because the experience is what it’s all about.
