Eden Wok’s signature brand of Pan-Asian Fusion and American dining has been serving the New Rochelle / Westchester community for over two decades and in that time they have expanded their dining and catering footprint to include Connecticut, Rockland, Riverdale, The Upper West Side and even North Jersey. The combination of “made fresh to order” quality, innovative menu items and the welcoming in warmth and ambiance that owner @Josh Berkowitz infuses into every dining experience, makes it easy to understand why Eden Woks ‘regulars’ feel it’s worth the trip.
With Josh’s obsession to never allowing oneself to get too comfortable and instead is always looking to raise the bar with new, better, smarter and fresher ideas that show the regulars their patronage is valued and newcomers that you are ‘culinarily current’. Working with Executive Chef Ming, a graduate of the Culinary Arts School of Malaysia and also known as the “real Chinese food go-to guy” that Executive Chef’s at most of NYC’s top hotels turned to when a banquet was too upscale to allow for regular Chinese takeout fare.
Eden Wok’s guests can enjoy traditional Thai classics like the Duck Pad Thai, Singapore Mai Fun, Thai Green Curry, and Penang Red Curry. If your tastebuds or fellow diners are hankering for classic Chinese, don’t miss the Eden Wok ‘classics’ like Sesame Chicken, Beef with Broccoli, or the General Tso’s Chicken. If you’re in a sushi mood, prepare to be impressed by selections where the ingredients are every bit as fresh as the thinking - case in point, the Kawasaki Roll which is created with peppered tuna, avocado and wrapped with a “just right” spicy salmon, for something a bit more creative; don’t miss the phenomenal Fuji which is salmon, avocado, spicy tuna, avocado and sweet lime sauce. You can also get fantastic sushi paninis that have napoleon rice, spicy tuna or salmon, mock crab and tuna topping. If your sushi selections put you in a “made in Japan” mindset, be sure to order the Beef Teriyaki.

Ever the innovator, Josh continues to adapt culinary trends to ensure the menu is as appealing as possible to as many guests as possible. His additions of Low Carb and Diet Gourmet food items (which are steamed with no salt, oil, or corn starch) are a hit both in-store and with corporate and personal/event catering clients who often “need to feed” a wide range of guests and dietary demands. Small wonder, Josh and Eden Wok's catering team have developed a reputation as the savvy event manager's kosher "go to's" regardless if that event is taking place at one of the tri-state area's major hotels or more eclectic venues like Cipriani's, St Regis New York, Weylin B Seymour, Capitale and Chelsea Piers. If you want to know what Asian-inspired dining will be offering tomorrow, get to Eden Wok today.

George S.- 03/06/06 Request to leave out an allergenic ingredient was taken pleasantly, ignored, taken back, then patron was punished. Delayed miserable meal was grotesque gray gristle a stray dog would not eat. Other food sloppy and poor.

GaryM- 10/26/05 Hot and Sour soup is good, service lacks personality, a little abrupt, the staff is not caring and warm. Some chicken dishes oily. They can do a better job with catering to their customers and trying to make it a nice dining experience. Also it can be cleaner all around the restaurant floors, etc.
