Pantry is a dairy caterer, café, food boutique, and specialty ingredient store- in short a pantry. Owner and chef Sam Kanner has brought his vision to life in this eclectic space. Pantry has an open kitchen concept where customers and diners can see all the behind the scenes action of what goes into their meal and catering preparation. The design of the café is a little rustic, a little contemporary, and a lot inviting. With a comfortable vibe and youthful exuberance, guests of all ages are sure to enjoy their experience at Pantry. The café offers free WiFi so customers can keep connected while enjoying their meal.

An enjoyable café for breakfast and lunch, Pantry showcases an array of dairy and vegetarian delights; from salads and sandwiches to fish entrees and desserts, and everything in between. Start with a baked French toast with a hot double espresso (locally roasted coffee shot times two) or a cup of hot chocolate (rich steamed milk poured over a handful of European milk chocolate nibs, topped with froth and cocoa powder). Sharing bites include delicious potato perogies (pillows of fried dough filled with potatoes and served with sour cream), and a recommended appetizer is the salmon dumplings (fresh salmon and herbs in a delicate dough with plum sauce). Knockout salads include the "Tofu Steak 2.0" and the "Pantry Chop Chop" which comes with a choice of crab or tofu. On the hot and cheesy side, try the "Crispy Flatbread Pizza" or the "West Coast Tuna Melt" with (imitation) crab. Don’t just stop there. Save room for dessert (spelt cookies, muffins, croissants etc) and a specialty beverage.
