We announced last year that the fun, interactive Israeli restaurant Pitmaster would be coming to the United States with locations in New York and Miami.

I had the chance to speak directly with management and got an update on when we can expect those two locations. Coming first is the Miami location, which I have been told is expected in early March of this year, under the ORB. My plan is to be there as they open, which should be a lot of fun.

As for the Manhattan location, that one we will have to wait a little bit longer for. The plan is for New York to get the Pitmaster experience sometime in the summer, supervised by the OU.

The Miami location will be in the Aventura Waterways, Waterways Plaza, Aventura, FL, 33180. Manhattan will be located at 27 W 24th Street, Manhattan, NY, 10010.

One of our members recently got the chance to test out the Miami location, as some of their pitmasters got together to give a sneak peek. Some of the food made was Ribeye and Lamb “show”arma, and other amazing dishes.
