Upside Craft Burger is the kind of seasonal spot that you always keep in mind for your summer ritual. Go up to the Catskills for your activities, and stop there for your burgers and other favorite items. The restaurant is the seasonal location to the Brooklyn restaurant owned by Yanky Meyer, and it maintains the same flavor across both locations.

The Burger is a star of the show, topped with a sunny side-up egg and the classic burger toppings that offers the type of comfort you can only get from a messy yolk on a classic burger. The Your Burger on the other hand, gives you the comfort in making a burger that has everything you want and nothing that you don't.

Then come the non-burgers. Fried chicken sandwiches, tacos, loaded fries, poppers, all fill in the gaps for the crowd. Items that are often mentioned are their Fire & Lime Wings, Brisket Empanadas, and the "addictive" Upside Fire Poppers.

It's not often that you see alcohol served at these establishments, but it's things like that which help separate Upside in the Catskills. They have a fully stocked bar and sell beer every day for just $5. Their bar is tended by a knowledgeable bartender where your drink wish is his command. Whether it's the simplicity of the whiskey sour or more creative classics like the Pink Lady, their bartender knows their stuff.

No restaurant is complete without the right ambiance. The outdoor seating feels right for the comforting relaxation you hope for. You can enjoy your food out in the elements surrounded by a large tent and decorating walls, so you can eat without being worried about bystanders watching the mess you make. And when it's too hot for you to eat outside, they offer indoor seating as well.
