About Yoss Bakery
Yoss Bakery is a Kosher bakery in Panama that bakes everything daily. Opening in January of 2024 as the sister to the popular Yoss Burger Bar, this bakery was opened with the intention to be a place that bakes comfort and joy for their customers, and be a place where people want to start their day.
Yossi Morad was inspired to bring Yoss Bakery to Panama from the idea of having real, freshly baked bread and pastries that are made by hand, from scratch, and with patience and tradition. Also an inspiration, Yossi wanted to make a place that became part of your routine on the island. The goal was to become a place where you feel at home, pick up Challah for Shabbos, have breakfast, even grab something on-the-go before you explore the multitude of trips in Panama.
You can see the dedication to in-house freshly baked goods when you find out how early they actually start. Their team begins the baking process before sunrise each day, ensuring that when you walk into the store at opening, you are greeted with the aroma of fresh bread and pastries from the start.
Checking on the food, of course their bread and pastries take center stage. Many customers come for the cheesecakes, with the creamy texture and different flavor options being specific features that customers like. But their selection goes past cheesecakes. Of course, there are teh other bread and pastries, but there is more. Their signature Greek Shakshuka and Salmon Eggs Benedict come as legit meal options from Yoss, solidifying them as a great place for Breakfast or Lunch as well as a grab-and-go bakery giant.
To pair with your breakfast and pastry options, you can't forget about the Yoss Drinks, featuring select favorites like the Cookie Red Velvet and Sweet Roll Bliss. These drinks, as well as the Tarocloud and others, make a sweet addition to any treat you come for.
