Mr. Broadway: Brooklyn

I was there on the day of the Super Bowl, and it felt like the staff were focused almost entirely on the event rather than the guests in the restaurant. We placed a food order and specifically asked for certain items to be left out, but our request was ignored. They later offered dessert on the house, which we appreciated, but I ordered passion fruit sorbet and was instead given pistachio ice cream—something I’m allergic to. I had a severe reaction and nearly passed out. Overall, it was a very upsetting and disappointing experience.
