Located in the heart of Monticello, Nature's Delight by Aroma you feel conflicted to tell people about. You want everyone you now to experience it, but you also want it all for yourself. It has a warm environment not unlike being invited into someone's house, except if that someone also served you food worthy of a food magazine.

Their menu stays with a comfortable rhythm while also including a touch of creativity. For example, the Belgian Waffles are crisp on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and maintains the right level of sweetness to not overwhelm. Then there's the sourdough pizza; it can be topped with fresh vegetables like Broccoli or Cauliflower, the type of inclusion that strikes the right balance with the carbs.

Some places overlook the salads, but not at Nature's Delight. The Greek Salad with za'tar dressing is one keynote item, and the quinoa and sweet potato salad is filling, but keeps you energized instead of tired.
