About Streats Food + Drink
Streats Food & Drink is a casual yet sophisticated internationally influenced fusion of multi-cultural, fast casual yet chef driven, reasonably priced, street fare from around the world in Cedarhurst, NY. Boris and Ed Safaniev, owners of Cork & Slice and Doma, have done it again by elevating your burger experience. While there are fast style, counter service restaurants that have opened for years, these guys have managed to do it with a twist, making a unique menu with different flavors featuring "street food" from around globe, whether in Korea, Cuba, Mexico, Israel and the States.
There is so much to like about this place. The 90s music, cool vibe, exposed brick, wooden accents, and bicycle wheels lining the ceiling creating an urban rustic decor, the spacious seating with 2 dining rooms, including a long communal table, easy to manage menu, fun alcoholic drinks and much more. While the food may seem adult like, they are kid friendly too, with student lunch specials at $15 and a Jr. menu.
A Rolex Replica selection of their starters will excite your palate with “Frank’s Footer” lime spice fries, chili, jalapeno, cheddar and more for a nice mild tangy kick. Top recommendations from their menu include “A Bowl of Seoul” made with Bulgogi beef, rice, kimchi slaw, ginger, sprouts, cilantro, shishito peppers, scallions combining greats tastes and textures, “Brisket Sandwich” which is a delicious smokey BBQ brisket, slaw, pickles, streats sauce, “Streats Cubano Sandwich” Baby chicken, beef fry, pickles, mustard, "cheese”, “Streats Burger” prepared with Beef, "cheddar", pickles, caramelized onions, tomatoes, lettuce, streats sauce giving you sauce oozing over the burger for a heavenly mess. They even offer options for vegetarians including their “Tree and Vine Salad” served with Spinach, grapes, farro, raisins, carrots, butternut squash, purple cabbage.
Their smooth fast service, enjoyable atmosphere and tasty food will have you coming back again and again.
