About Thyme & Tonic

Thyme & Tonic brings a fresh energy to the Upper West Side, with a menu that’s playful and thoughtful. Standouts include the Diablo burger, stacked with jalapeños and chipotle aioli, zucchini fries that stay crispy, and a tuna tartare that’s clean and bright. Even the cauliflower shawarma is super dialed in.

The cocktail program is more than just an add-on—it’s one of the restaurant’s strongest features. Drinks are built around fresh herbs, infused homemade syrups, and citrus forward —like a thyme gin fizz that’s both refreshing and aromatic, or a cucumber-jalapeño mezcalita that hits the right spicy and citrusy notes.

Inside, the space has a breezy, garden-inspired feel with plenty of natural light by day, warm and low-lit by night. The bar gives the restaurant a social, flexible vibe that works for date nights, casual dinners, and drinks night out.
